What kollide is
kollide is a job and invoicing tracker built for individual content creators. It's a small, invite-only product — your data is never sold, and it's never shared with brands, clients, or anyone else without your say-so.
What's collected
Your account: name, email address, and a password (stored as a one-way hash — kollide never has access to your actual password).
Your invoicing profile: the business/bank details you enter so invoices can be generated on your behalf — bank name, account name, account number, IC number, phone number, and address. Your bank account number and IC number are encrypted before they're ever written to the database (AES-256), using a key that's kept separately and is never stored alongside the data itself.
Your job data: whatever you enter about your own deals — brand, platform, deliverables, dates, payment amounts and status, and any client billing details you type in when generating an invoice.
Visitor numbers
kollide counts page visits so I can see which parts of the site people actually use. It's aggregate only — no cookies, no advertising IDs, and nothing that identifies you or ties a visit back to your account. The counting is done by Vercel, who also host kollide.
Why it's collected
Solely to run the app for you: to show your own jobs and earnings back to you, and to generate invoice PDFs with your real payment details on them. None of it is used for advertising, and none of it is used to train any AI model.
Reminders
Unless you switch them off, kollide checks your jobs once a day and emails you a short summary on days something is due: a shoot or post tomorrow, an invoice to send, or a payment to chase. They only ever go to your own account's email address, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications or with the unsubscribe link in any reminder.
A payment reminder can include a “Remind on WhatsApp” button. It only opens WhatsApp on your own phone with a draft message to the brand's number from that job, for you to send or not. kollide never contacts brands itself.
You can also get these reminders as phone notifications, turned on separately on each device. kollide then keeps an address for that device from its browser's push service (for example Apple, Google, Microsoft or Mozilla), which delivers them. Each notification is encrypted so the push service can't read it. Turn them off any time in Settings → Notifications, and the address is deleted.
Where it lives
Your data is stored on reputable, secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard protections. Emails (like password resets) are sent through a trusted third-party provider, only ever to your own account's email address.
Who can access it
Your data is isolated per account — nobody else using kollide can see your jobs, invoices, or profile. kollide is built and operated by one person, who can access the underlying database and hosting console for maintenance and support purposes only.
Deleting your data
Email main.kollide@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and everything associated with it. This is handled manually today — a self-serve delete option is planned.
